Early Childhood Teacher/Diploma Educator

Your New Centre: We are seeking a Qualified ECT or Diploma Educator / Room Leader for a beautiful family-owned Preschool in Parramatta.
The management team and qualified educators aim to deliver a creative enrichment program, quality community engagement, and sustainable practices that cater to culturally diverse community.
Your New Role: Join a passionate and caring team as a Room Leader in the preschool and work only with 3 - 5 years.  You will lead a team of experienced early childhood educators committed to providing an enriching program guided by Early Learning Frameworks.
Your role involves partnering with the team to deliver high-quality education and care, striving for continuous improvement in all areas of the National Quality Standard.
You will foster a positive and supportive environment, exemplifying values that encourage intellectual curiosity and learning in children.
What You'll Need to Succeed: Qualified ECT OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education recognized by ACECQA.
Current knowledge of early childhood education theory and practice.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with children, families, and professionals.
Efficient time management and leadership skills.
Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
