Essential Qualifications Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
A current and valid blue card.
First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Essential Skills and Attributes Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.
Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.
Skill in observing children's progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.
Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.
Ensuring an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive.
Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.
Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children's documentation and parent communication.
