Early Childhood Teacher PositionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team on a 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of continuing beyond the contract term. The successful candidate will be working in a vibrant classroom environment with 30 children, supported by two experienced assistant educators who have been with the centre for an extended period. These assistant educators are confident in managing the classroom, ensuring a smooth and supportive atmosphere.

Each studio is grouped by age, and each room has quality educational resources for fun, engaging play-based learning experiences. Our high-quality Guardian Burdell West Kindergarten program has a strong focus on social and emotional development. We support children to develop skills to become active and confident learners as they move onto school. This program emphasises play-based experiences but also has more structured learning for: number concepts, pre-writing (e.g. tracing, completing patterns, reproducing patterns), reading and writing skills and more.
