Join our team to experience a dynamic work environment with potential for advancement and professional development!Applications are sought from suitably qualified Early Childhood Specialists to expand their career and work in NDIS at Echuca Regional Health. You will play a pivotal role in supporting children with developmental delays or disabilities and their families to achieve their goals.Key responsibilities include:Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, evidence-based care to children aged 0-9 accessing NDIS servicesConduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of concern or developmental delayProvide evidence-based intervention with a focus on knowledge sharing and capacity building of support systems around the clientActively participate and lead quality improvement activities that promote a culture of continuous quality improvementQualifications/experience required:Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field recognised by NDIS; Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Social Work or Psychology and/or;Tertiary Qualification in Early Childhood Education or Teaching/ EducationMinimum 4 years' experience and a minimum 2 years' experience working in paediatrics / working with children with development delay or disabilityRegistration with Relevant Professional BodyNDIS Worker Screening CheckDesirable - Previous experience working in NDIS or Early Childhood InterventionPlease refer to relevant position description for specific position requirementsWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
