Early Childhood Sector Liaison Officer

Family Day Care Australia (FDCA) is on the hunt for a Sector Liaison Officer to join our dedicated and agile team.
The Sector Liaison Officer will work under our Sector Liaison Coordinator to assist in the delivery of sector support initiatives, engage with FDCA members and act as a key contact for practice-related issues and enquiries.
They will also assist in the delivery of ongoing, sequenced outbound member engagement programs.
What you will bring to the role To succeed in the role, it is essential to have the following minimum qualifications, skills, and experience:
At least 3 years' experience in the family day care and/or early childhood education and care sectorAn in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood Education and Care National Law and Regulations and the Child Care Subsidy SystemConfident phone manner in dealing with often complex and sensitive issuesDemonstrated stakeholder engagement experienceStrong written and oral communications skills (your resume and cover letter will be considered as examples of your written communication)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we can offer you in the role As our Sector Liaison Officer, you will:
