As anEarly Childhood Practitioner (ECP)within our 360 Kids program you will deliver and coordinate care, support, and therapy to children (aged 0-9 years and on the NDIS) under a key worker model. You will be responsible for providing timely communication and support to parents and / or caregivers, and will work alongside a national team of skilled allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Children requiring support from an Early Childhood Practitioner may include those with intellectual and physical disabilities, communication difficulties and neurological disorders.
About You We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
Completion of a bachelors of a masters degree in Education, Early Childhood, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health
At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector
Registration with the relevant governing body
NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
Ability to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations based on State Government requirements (or applicable exemption)
