You will be supporting our C&K Kindergartens centres within the Central and North Region.
We are looking for applicants with strong communication and interpersonal skills who will use a range of leadership strategies and be able to engage with different teaching teams and committees.
You will be drawing on your knowledge and experience in a range of early childhood areas including pedagogy and practice, inclusion, wellbeing, curriculum and strategic planning as you support and inspire centre teams across our region.
Contemporary knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and a practical understanding of curriculums and the NQS is essential for this role.
The successful applicant for this role needs to be based in Rockhampton. Support all services to progress in their quality improvement journey and co-create welcoming learning places and spaces that promote a sense of belonging.Wellbeing and Inclusion: Support the implementation of C&K's wellbeing and inclusion programs, to enable the delivery of high-quality early childhood services and programs in line with C&K's vision, values, and strategic priorities.Leadership and Mentoring: Strengthen and engage in local partnerships to support early learning and care in a range of contexts.
Advocate for the value and importance of early childhood education.Support and Coordination: Provide tailored centre support and professional learning opportunities through centre visits, workshops, phone conversations, and online connections that will lead to positive change for all children and families.What you'll bring To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification)Blue Card or Exemption CardJoin us and find a better way with C&K - for children, for you, for always.
