As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Joondalup, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In this role, you will * Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care * Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team and take on theresponsibility of Centre Safety Champion * Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence * Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Joondalup * Located behind the Candlewood shopping centre, within close proximity to Joondalup Primary School, our aim is to offer a home like atmosphere which encourages children to feel comfortable and confident in their learning environment * Our educators and Teacher believe in children learning through fun and play and encourage children to learn at their own pace through our quality educational programs * Our service is multicultural with both educators and families coming from a variety of different cultural backgrounds including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Malaysia, Egypt and UK just to name a few!
