You will have to sing , you will have to be able to sign (out of tune is fine) in front of crowds You must have magical mathematic skills and be able to count rapidly moving small human heads Commitment to daily tea parties and playdough creations and convincing pretend consumption of said creations is critical Ability to create opportunities for intentional teaching moments out of wild adventures with small eager onlookers awaiting direction is a must You must be able to read 10-page fairy-tale upside down with a minimum of 3 interruptions per page You must have a warm smiling face that welcomes and farewells each little person and their family ensuring they feel special and loved.
