We are seeking applications for qualified Early Childhood Educators to work with us on a full-time (38 hours per week) basis.
About Northern Schools Early Years The Northern Schools Early Years (NSEY) is an Early Years Management group that supports 18 Early Childhood services, including our long day care situated in Glenroy. We are proud to have been awarded two categories in the 2023 Department of Education's Victorian Early Years Awards: the Minister's award for our Continuity of Early Learning and the Improving Access and Participation in Early Learning. Our purpose is to "Love a Life of Learning and Living," and we aim to set the highest standard of early years education in partnership with local schools and the community. We are committed to maximizing outcomes for children in the early years, encouraging opportunities for families to be involved in their child's early education, and promoting professional career support, development, and well-being for our educators.
The Opportunity - Glenroy Hub Children's Centre We are seeking to employ experienced Early Childhood Educators to deliver quality long day care and education at our Glenroy Hub Children's Centre. The Children's Centre team works in collaboration with other Hub partners to ensure that children and families benefit from the full range of opportunities within this innovative and exciting facility – such as library programs, community events, the community garden, health services, and much more. The Hub demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, which is evident in all aspects – from the world-leading sustainable design of the building through to the practices of our teams and programs for children and families. Due to the expansion of our programs, we have 5 full-time positions available starting in 2025 and 2 full-time positions available for an immediate start.
