About the Opportunity Kindulili Early Learning is seeking multiple full-time Early Childhood Educators based in Narangba, Queensland. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of the children by planning and implementing engaging educational programs and fostering a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities: Planning and implementing engaging educational programsFostering a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environmentActively participating in outdoor learning experiences, including bush kindy excursionsCollaborating with colleagues to create innovative learning opportunitiesBuilding strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the teamMaintaining compliance with early childhood education standards and regulationsAbout You To qualify, you will need a Certificate III or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards it). As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following soft skills that will make you succeed in this role:
