Your new role Teachers will ensure the program adheres to the agreed centre philosophy as well as the Code of Conduct Organising the indoor and outdoor environment, including the safety and rotation of equipment Ensuring that transition times are smooth, calm and purposeful. Support the implementation of the Kids First early years model - full training provided Educators will support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program. Work in partnership with children, families and the community. Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve. Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice About you Diploma (educators) or Bachelor (teacher) qualification as recognised by ACECQA Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma Training Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diverse communities Don't delay, apply now!
