You'll leadthe close-knit team of passionate educators, to ensure our childrenenjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You'llpromote 'YMCA's Approach to Learning', managecompliance, along with developing, implementing, and maintaininghigh quality programs. and also engage with our wonderful childrenand families as one of our Y WA advocates. At the end of yourshift, you'll walk out the door (smiling again) knowing thechildren are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role ifyou… Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012 Have previous experience in Early Childhood services,developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card How to apply: Click on the "Apply" button below to submit yourapplication.
