You will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of the children by planning and implementing engaging educational programs and fostering a nurturing environment.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning and implementing engaging educational programs Fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment Actively participating in outdoor learning experiences, including bush kindy excursions Collaborating with colleagues to create innovative learning opportunities Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the team Maintaining compliance with early childhood education standards and regulations About You To qualify, you will need a Certificate III or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education ( or be working towards it ).
