For more information see: www.montessoriacademy.com.au Key Responsibilities: Work as an active team member to provide high-quality education.Develop strong relationships with children at the service.Create and implement the Children's Program, reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.Ensure compliance with OH&S policies, maintaining a safe environment for staff and children, with particular attention to those with special health needs.Keep accurate records of accidents, incidents, injuries, illnesses, and medication.Implement the service's philosophy in all duties.Liaise with families regarding daily activities and updates.Maintain detailed observations and records of individual children's progress.About You: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) qualified educator.Current Working with Children Check.First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Passionate about implementing Montessori early learning programs.Committed to the holistic development of children.Strong understanding of the importance of family communications.What we offer: Competitive Salary: Attractive remuneration packages with annual leave loading.In-depth Montessori training, twice-monthly staff training sessions, and opportunities for career advancement.Access to mental health support through our Employee Access Program (EAP) and employee discounts at local businesses.Receive full funding for Montessori Diploma and Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) courses.50% staff discounts on childcare fees across all Montessori Academy centres.Think you have what it takes to join the Montessori Academy Team?
