About The RoleOur Early Learning Centre is located on the grounds of St Brendan's Catholic Primary School at Lake Munmorah NSW. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team who excel in understanding the needs of children and are dedicated to creating a warm, caring and safe environment.Our centre is open from Monday to Friday, during school terms. This is a casual role with work available between 7:30am to 5:30pm.The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for:Assisting in implementing and evaluating programs for children aged 3-5 years in an Early Learning Centre.Working with the Director in ensuring compliance with relevant law, regulations and National Quality Framework.Providing a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for children.Building strong and effective relationships with children and their families.Forming collaborative and positive relationships with colleagues.RequirementsHold a Diploma or a Cert III in Children Services.Have a current Working with Children Clearance.Completed CHCPRT025 'Identify and report children and young people at risk'.Experience working in Children Services, particularly with children aged 3-5.Completed or willing to complete Safe Food Handling training.Have or will complete before starting a First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate.What sets us apart?Our centre provides a beautiful, calm environment for both children and educators to enjoy.
