This service is a term-based program. There will be various options for the successful candidate for the school holiday periods including work at other City of Ballarat centres, purchased leave, or leave without pay arrangements.
The successful applicants will be Diploma qualified and have an understanding of the Children's Services Regulations and Early Years Frameworks.
With a genuine interest in meeting the needs of children and their families, you will demonstrate an ability to support a holistic approach to the care, education, and development of children that reflects an awareness of the wellbeing of children in your care.
Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of and respect for diverse social and cultural values and attitudes in relation to caring for children are crucial skills we're looking for in the successful applicant.
