About the Service: ECTARC Alunga is a 44-place service providing early childhood education and care for children from birth to school age in Albion Park Rail. The service practices the Circle of Security relationships model to develop partnerships with children and families based on mutual trust and respect. They are committed to quality outcomes for children and advocate for learning through play in an environment where they feel safe, valued and included. Educators work collaboratively to implement teaching strategies that are responsive to children's learning, development and wellbeing. ECTARC Alunga is an active participant in the Enriching Language through Practice project, a funded program through Communities for Children Shellharbour. About the Role: ECTARC Alunga is seeking an experienced educator who holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards to work as part of a passionate and capable team committed to enriching the futures of young children. In collaboration with others, you will plan and implement high-quality educational, innovative, and inclusive programs, whilst also establishing relationships with families to ensure best outcomes for young children.
An educator's role is very rewarding, providing children with the best possible start for lifelong learning. You will be working with a dedicated team, families, and the local school and community, including a range of external stakeholders to provide optimum education and care outcomes for young children.
