A wonderful, award-winning family-owned childcare centre in the Northern Beaches has partnered with WOW Recruitment to help find a Childcare Educator for their setting.
Ideally, this is a part-time position (Mon to Thu) but they would consider full-time for the right person.
This role requires someone with at least two years of experience, preferably in a room-leader position, or on their way towards it.

Award rates apply, but there may be room for more, subject to experience.
Responsibilities: Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learningDevelop strategies to guide positive children's behaviourBuild good, open communication with children, families, and staffObserve and record children's growth, development, and behaviour using electronic portfoliosEnsure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, and safeHelp develop teaching goals for the centre and its teachersUndertake administrative tasks as requiredYou will need: Experience working in a childcare settingFantastic organisational and teamwork skillsSound written and verbal communication skillsA good level of computer literacyCurrent First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma trainingWorking With Children CheckA good understanding of the Early Years Learning FrameworkIf you would like to apply, please send your CV to ******
