What you need to Succeed A genuine understanding of and a desire to work with children aged 8 weeks through to kindergarten age.
A positive outlook and team approach.
Effective communication skills.
Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care.
Current First Aid qualification HLTAID012.
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
Experience working with children and families.
Experience in assisting in the development and implementation of an educational program.
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with all staff.
Ability to manage risks and identify health and safety issues pertaining to workplace.
