About the role Delivering a range of childcare programs meeting the needs, strengths and interests of the children you will work as part of a team promoting a caring and relaxing environment for each child.
You will: assist with the development of educational programs for children; support and encourage positive relationships; work collaboratively and actively contribute to the team environment; undertake duties to assist in the general running of the centre; and have sound knowledge of the Child Safe Standards, child safety and child protection.
About you You will provide quality care and learning environments for children whilst understanding health and safety requirements specific to Early Childhood Education.
You will have well-developed organisational, written and communication skills including conflict resolution.
In addition, as the successful applicant, you will have the ability to work as part of a team.
All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
