Reddam Early Learning School Lindfield is seeking permanent Early Childhood Educators for our state-of-the-art Early Learning School in Lindfield. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
An Early Childhood Educator at Reddam ELS provides high quality education, development and care to the children whilst providing an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.
You will support the Room Leader to deliver the inspiring educational program.
Support the delivery of our education program.
Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program, and daily information for children.
Taking observations and planning for a small group of children.
Facilitate a collaborative work environment.
Create inspiring, interesting, and age-appropriate learning environments.
Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child.
A focus on the Primary Care-Giving Approach.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Early Childhood Educators who are working towards or have completed their Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications.
Motivated and experienced educators in the area of Early Years Education.
Able to work as part of a passionate team of educators.
Working rights for Australia.
Working with children check or the ability to secure one.
