Our client is a registered training organisation dedicated to redefining career paths, shifting perspectives, and empowering brighter futures.
About the role: Their Early Childhood program is designed to nurture skills, advance careers, boost confidence, and enrich the lives of individuals aspiring to excel in this field.
We are on the hunt for an individual who has experience in an Early Childhood teaching or mentoring environment equipped with a current certificate IV in Training & Assessment who can quickly build relationships with people from varying backgrounds.
They should also possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by job seekers and be proactive in guiding them toward achieving their aspirations.
This program is an individualised and innovative program consisting of CHC30121- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC50121 - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care as well as related skill sets.
Key Responsibilities: Train, assess, and manage learners in accordance with the Early Childhood, Education and Care Training Package Be flexible with delivery and observation locations Assist in facilitating the enrolment process when it comes to administering paperwork Engage and support students through the learning process Provide flexible learning methods for students with varied abilities & motivation levels Be a collaborative & cooperative member of the team Complete all relevant paperwork for quality, reporting & audit compliance purposes Manage your own professional development to maintain industry relevance/currency & qualification standards for self & the organisation Attend Early Childhood Centres to complete observations of students Hold a full drivers licence and be willing to travel when required Key Requirements: At least 3 years recent industry experience working within ECE Must hold TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate in Training and Assessment Diploma of Early Childhood and Care or higher qualification.
Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain) Current Police Check (or willing to obtain) Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Managed an ECE Centre (highly desirable but not essential)  Benefits: Flexible workplace!
