We're seeking a passionate and experienced Director to lead, inspire, and mentor educators, fostering high-quality early childhood education in our 25-place early learning centre. About the Role: As Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, warmly welcoming and supporting children and families while cultivating a nurturing and inclusive environment. Your ability to recognise and develop the strengths of both children and your team will be instrumental in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of educators.Ensure the delivery of exceptional early childhood education.Build strong relationships with families and the community.Manage the operational and compliance aspects of the centre.What We Offer: Above award salary - $3.55 extra per hour.Shared accommodation available.Relocation allowance up to $3000.Utilities allowance.Mobile phone and laptop provided.Generous leave benefits: Four weeks of annual leave plus an additional two weeks off in December.Travel perks: One return flight per quarter.Subsidised childcare.Access to mentoring, career advancement opportunities, and professional development sessions.Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support.Your Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).Minimum one year in a managerial role or extensive 2IC experience.Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.Valid driver's licence.First Aid & CPR certificates.Northern Land Council Permit (or willingness to obtain).What You'll Bring: A commitment to nurturing and developing children's strengths.A collaborative leadership style that motivates and uplifts your team.A dedication to embracing and working within the values and spirit of the community.Eligibility and Location: Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Yarralin.
