Early Childhood Centre Cook

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated cook for our childcare service at Go Kindy.This role is required to fulfill a 5-day-a-week position, between 27.5 and 37.5 hours per week.Applicants must hold or are required to obtain a food safety supervisor certificate and a working with children check. Applicants should also feel comfortable cooking for children with allergies.Your Role:Our service cook position will require an individual to cook for up to 100 children per day. We offer Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea to our families, and all meals are required to be prepared daily. Applicants should feel comfortable preparing meals for children who may suffer from allergies. Seasonal menus are created by the in-house cook, and this menu should reflect guidelines laid out by the NSW Government and Good for Kids, Good for Life programs (training will be provided for applicants who feel unsure with the above).Applicants will also be required to prepare weekly cooking lessons for the children!
