Early-Career Postdoctoral in STEM:
Join the Australia India Women Researchers' Exchange (AIWE) Program to strengthen international collaboration and promote gender equity in STEM.
We are offering a fellowship for early-career women researchers to engage in a 6 to 8-week research exchange between Australia and India.

Research Area:
Candidates are encouraged to focus on critical research priority areas including critical minerals, artificial intelligence, logistics, healthcare, clean energy, sustainable agriculture, quantum computing, water and waste management, nanoscience and technology, animal sciences, and biotechnology.
Location:
Successful fellows will conduct research at a Host Institution in Australia or India.
Women early-career postdoctoral researchers.
Awarded a doctoral degree in STEM between January 2019 and August 2024.
Employed full-time at an eligible university in Australia or India.
For Australian applicants: Employed at universities in regional centres.
For Indian applicants: Employed at central and state public universities in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Must not be ineligible as per specific criteria listed in the program guidelines.
Job Description:
Engage in research aimed at building international collaborations.
Develop and expand research networks in the Host country.
Publish research findings and initiate new collaborative projects.
Act as ambassadors for the Australia-India academic research relationship.
