Psychology, Counselling & Social Work (Healthcare & Medical)Full timeWork Type - Hybrid working, 3 days work from officeAbout The Role:We are currently looking for a mental health clinician to provide counselling services through the Telus Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our EAP service provides short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various personal issues that may or may not be work-related and also manage clients facing urgent or crisis situations requiring immediate attention via telephone or chat modalities. Services are delivered face-to-face, and online via telephone and video sessions.What We Are Looking For:Qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social WorkProfessional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA)Minimum three (3) years counselling experienceAbility to clinically manage client risk, and work within a short-term counselling frameworkConfidence with computer systems is an assetWhat We Are Offering:Flexible working arrangements – including working from home options and adjustments to hours.
