Fournir des services de counseling au titre du programme d'aide aux employés de LifeWorks. Offrir du counselling de courte durée à une clientèle variée présentant différentes difficultés personnelles, reliées ou non au travail; Effectuer une évaluation des besoins des clients et, conjointement avec eux, fixer des objectifs et établir une stratégie dans le but de les réaliser selon les modalités de leur PAE; Assurer un suivi administratif des dossiers en utilisant les modèles cliniques fournis.
