Shift hours: 10am to 7pm (Mon-Fri)
Hybrid role Salary: 84-87K AUD plus super
What you will do:
WPO has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Lead who is based in Australia.
Our clinical department provides counselling services on a global scale including but not limited to clinical telephonic therapy, clinical case management, structured telephonic/video/in-person counselling, trainings.
Responsibilities: Maintain a positive and motivated work environment by exemplifying the WPO culture and leading through example.Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable of company-wide & department-specific policies and processes, regional/local employee benefits, WPO promise, and company initiatives put in place by Human Resources, Leadership & Clinical department.Communicate company-wide & team-specific messaging to produce understanding, commitment, and motivation from the team.Facilitate team lead meetings as necessary to coordinate office strategy and build team morale.Monitor & work within the company's workforce management system (Calabrio) to ensure the team is adhering to schedule.Assist HR with recruitment and interviewing of clinical candidates.Hold individual 1:1 meetings with the counsellors on the team to review outstanding concerns regarding quality, productivity, referral outcomes, and/or process.Develop counsellor-specific action via collaboration with coaches & RP data-analysis.Work with the regional director/VP of APAC on retention concerns within the team, if any.Manage team productivity and clinical quality of the team.Ensure the team is using the operational systems efficiently and understand the tools to comprehend their productivity and quality measurements.Coach staff on clinical intervention, productivity, audits, documentation, complaints, time-management, and overall professional behaviour, where appropriate.Audit calls from the team and provide feedback to staff - both written and verbal.Comfortable with providing clinical support to remote staff and staff located in other WPO offices.Provide clinical supervision to counselling interns.Effectively support clinicians' queries via the region's various access points for the clinical team e.g.
Teams, email distro, on-call extension (weekly rotation).Manage VIP callers, client complaints and assist with investigating client-company clinical issues.Respond & manage clinical outreaches from Quality – contact directly made by Team Lead.Assist with taking calls, responding to online clinical requests, and providing in-the-moment support.Support with office/facilities management when required.Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management. Qualifications/Skills: Counsellor with accompanying Masters Degree.Must be registered with ACA/PACFA (counsellors).Previous supervisory and/or coaching experience an asset.Extensive experience in providing counseling or mental health services (post-qualification).Experience providing assessments and/or using clinical assessment tools.Training in crisis support, CBT, solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based techniques are an asset.
