Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation based in Hobart, Tasmania, embarking on multiple Systems & Technology projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract basis. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating the successful delivery of these projects successfully.
Key Deliverables: End to end process mapping for Asset Management Systems supporting this productTesting and adoption of the productData sharing and schedulingSupporting the key deliverables of the project roadmapDocumentation and training materials supporting the status of these projectsThis role will: Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.Liaise between various business departments and groups.Assess options for process improvement, including business process modellingCreate or maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.Collaborate with Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams.Maintain document management platforms for projects.Skills & experience Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisionsResourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problemsExperience testing and mapping various business processes and protocolsThe ability to work in a project environment to achieve required outcomesHighly developed interpersonal and facilitation skills to work with multiple diverse stakeholdersExperience testing and facilitating user acceptance testing for digital productsBenefits This is a 6-month contract position based in Hobart, Tasmania.The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals and gain valuable experience.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst looking to contribute to critical projects in Hobart, we encourage you to apply.
