My client is a large financial services organisation specialising in corporate, commercial and personal lending. They are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in optimising processes and systems to support their continued growth.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows Analyse and map existing business processes for debt products (mortgages, commercial lending, personal lending) to identify inefficiencies or gaps Design and document optimised end-to-end processes, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory compliance Key Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, with significant exposure to the banking sector Expertise in debt instruments, ideally across corporate, commercial or personal lending Hands-on experience with core banking systems and receivables platforms will be highly regarded Proven ability to design and document end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business challenges Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern lending solutions Knowledge of regulatory frameworks as they relate to debt products If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity please do not hesitate to apply by clicking on the link below.
