Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact Reporting to the Head of Investment Execution, you will be integral to the efficient running of this growing team.
You will also work closely with the GM's, Leaders, team members, and liaise with the Executive team and coordinate with HESTA Directors from time to time.
You will be an excellent facilitator in making things happen and a relationship builder.
You will pivot between senior leaders and the team, coordinating the day-to-day functioning of the broader team through managing administrative, operational, reporting and business tasks.
You will also be the conduit for information and facilitate communication flow between the different parts of the team and reporting requirements.
You will collate information, review reports, and monitor team inboxes to triage and escalate.
You'll be an office all-rounder, ensuring our high-performing Investment Execution team can provide a competitive, scalable and sustainable operating model so that HESTA can maintain its social license, deliver top quartile performance, and reduce costs to Members – delivered with alignment to HESTA's Investor identity.
About you With a passion for efficient business operations and team harmony, you will have experience in a Senior Administrative or Team Coordinator role within a dynamic and evolving business.
You will have experience collecting, analysing and providing data and reporting to a medium-sized team using online database management systems and software.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent ability with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
The key to success in this role is being someone who proactively seeks out opportunities to provide support and assistance to a busy team of technical professionals, including continuity of operating rhythm, and enjoys being involved in project work and the continual improvement of processes and procedures.
