About the Role Key responsibilities include : Proactive diary and email management.
Document preparation, amendments, and file management.
Coordinating client billing, reporting, and financial tasks, including trust account receipting/disbursing.
Organising travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and team events.
Supporting junior team members by stepping up as the first point of contact when needed.
Managing client databases and maintaining strong client relationships.
Reconciling expenses and handling ad hoc administrative duties.
This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, professional, and thrives in a team that values excellence and collaboration.
About You To excel in this role, you will bring: Experience : At least 2 years as a Legal Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with exposure to complex billing and trust funds.
Professionalism & Polish : A confident, articulate, and well-presented demeanour with exceptional client-facing skills.
Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and adaptability to learn new systems like Elite.
Organisational Excellence : Top-notch prioritisation and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the team.
Teamwork & Initiative : A collaborative approach with the ability to support both senior and junior team members, ensuring smooth operations across the practice group.
