We're seeking an ultra-organized Executive Assistant who thrives on handling diverse tasks with discretion to support our CFO. If coordinating executive travel, events, schedules, and projects excites you, we want to connect!
Your key responsibilities will include: Drafting correspondence, presentations, speechesOrganizing meetings, calendars, travelManaging email inboxesCoordinating team travelSupporting budget preparationSupporting board meetings and functionsManaging schedules and paperworkEnsuring statutory/regulatory complianceManaging office site and expensesOrganising team events and trainingCoordinating office compliance tasksProviding backup to executivesManaging special projectsOrganising company eventsTo excel you'll need: Board support experience3-5 years senior EA experienceStrong organizational skillsAdvanced Office skillsDiscretion with confidential dataAbility to work independentlySoftware program knowledgeVideo conferencing familiarityProfessional phone mannerEligibility for background checksAustralian driver's licenseWe are looking for someone with extensive demonstrated experience as a senior executive assistant, liaising with a board of directors and distribution of board papers. Someone with superior skills in diary and events management, able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and enjoys a fast-paced multi-faceted role.
