Job Description - E/I Supervisor (262523)
UGL are currently seeking qualified E&I Supervisors to join our team on a Brownfields construction project in Darwin, Northern Territory.
The work will commence ASAP with a 4 – 5 month duration, working a 2/2 Roster.
The point of hire will be Darwin or FIFO from Perth, or Brisbane.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the project, meeting quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibility AreasSupervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of E&I tradespeople to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all E&I activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies.Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect E&I to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for E&I activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.Communication: Foster effective communication within the Electrical team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of E&I activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation.About YouIdeally you will have:
