We are seeking a passionate Hospitality professional, with similar experience within a 5 star restaurant or resort environment to lead our Food & Beverage Team.
In this role you will deliver people operations across the allocated food & beverage outlets, with primary responsibility for management, recruitment and selection, learning, performance, employee experience, culture development and internal communications.
Key Duties Ensure efficient and consistent service standards are provided by all hotel food and beverage outlets Liaise closely with senior management to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the hotel's food & beverage outlets Liaise with other department managers to maximize resources and maintain standard operating procedures Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of Ayers Rock Resort with responsibility to support, develop and retain staff Oversee budgeting and daily cost control ensuring costs are minimized and profit generation is maximized Maintain outlet presentation, customer service, operating equipment and stock What's in it for you?
