Primary Objectives:Support the Land Titles Office (LTO) with the delivery of the eConveyancing project.Analyse business needs and determine project requirements, developing work schedules within the LTO.Collaborate with the project team to identify and solve technical problems.Provide technical support and training for the LTO eConveyancing team and key stakeholders.Test business requirements, including supporting the development of an automated regression test suite.Conduct Joint Integration testing and Production Support testing in collaboration with key stakeholders and vendors.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Develop business specifications and project plans for LTO eConveyancing projects.Research, analyse, and make recommendations regarding business rules and procedures.Analyse and determine eConveyancing and LTO Operations business needs.Develop and review test strategies and test scenarios for user acceptance.Implement business specifications and process improvement initiatives.Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Liaise with management, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project standards.Manage work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required.Selection Criteria:Essential: Experience in developing business test scenarios for user acceptance testing.Experience in meeting tight project deadlines and conflicting priorities.Experience in performing and administering test scripts for unit testing.High level of technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Stakeholder management experience with strong communication skills.Desirable: Knowledge of electronic conveyancing services and related frameworks.The successful applicant must consent to a check by Police of criminal records to confirm they have no significant criminal history record.
