As our digital presence continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to help manage our online stores and create a seamless experience for customers shopping for everything from apparel to motorcycle parts.

About the Role In this role, you'll manage our online store operations for both motorcycle merchandise and parts & accessories.
You'll be responsible for processing online orders, updating product listings, managing online inventory, and handling customer inquiries, all while ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
This role is based onsite in Prospect Vale, Tasmania.
Key responsibilities include: Managing Online Orders & Sales – Oversee the processing and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping of merchandise, parts, and accessories.Inventory Management – Maintain up-to-date and accurate online inventory for all products, working with our physical store team to align stock levels across both locations.Website & Product Listings – Update and optimize online product listings, ensuring descriptions, images, and specs are accurate and engaging for customers.Customer Service – Provide prompt, helpful support for online inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and website navigation.Collaborating with In-Store Teams – Ensure smooth communication with in-store staff for inventory checks, order fulfillment, and stock movement between physical and online stores.Product Research – Utilize your knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories to assist with product listings, answer customer queries, and provide recommendations.What We're Looking For E-Commerce Experience – Previous experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, etc.
), inventory management, or online order fulfillment is a plus.Mechanical Aptitude – Familiarity with motorcycle parts, accessories, and some basic mechanical knowledge (preferred but not essential).
A passion for motorcycles will help you understand the products and provide exceptional service.Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using e-commerce and inventory management software.
