• Permanent role based in Sydney • Flexible/Hybrid work arrangement To achieve ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-commerce Specialist in the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Commercial Team. The team currently consists of 2 ecommerce specialists and an ecommerce manager who are responsible for delivering an exceptional omnichannel experience and engaging website to achieve ResMed's e-commerce targets. Led by a passionate and seasoned director, the team is focused on making the ANZ market a leader in the DTC journey.About the role:The E-Commerce Specialist at ResMed is responsible for crafting and executing e-commerce strategies across ResMed's three websites to enhance online sales and customer engagement in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves managing website content, overseeing product launches, and ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. The Specialist will collaborate with various internal teams and external agencies to drive improvements, analyze performance metrics, and implement best practices for continuous online growth.Let's talk about responsibilities:Create and implement strategies for ResMed's three websites (ResMed, EdenSleep, CPAP Australia) to boost online sales and customer engagement across Australia and New Zealand. Collaborate with multiple teams to execute initiatives within tight deadlines.Develop E-commerce Strategies for ResMed's websites. Monitor and analyse sales data and trends to identify new opportunities and challenges to optimize marketing campaigns and drive conversion of e-commerce sales.Website Management. Oversee product listings, descriptions, and pricing updates. Coordinate new product launches and ensure alignment with the e-commerce and marketing calendar.Ensure correct website functionality and improve user interface and experience (UI+UX).Communicate with external digital agencies to improve the website and triage any issues.Champion day-to-day and ad-hoc website operations.Partner with the Marketing team to optimise online marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and search engine optimization (SEO).Work with search engine marketing (SEM) team to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase digital sales.Implement continuous improvement of the online customer experience together with the Customer Experience (CX) team.Analyse and provide insights around site traffic and other key e-commerce metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards, and relevant business tools to increase conversion and retention.Create an analytical and rapid-iteration test/learn/refine culture across the websites.Work with various stakeholders and departments to ensure a cohesive e-commerce strategy.Self-manage schedules and multiple projects to align with business needs.Stay up to date on current technology and marketing solutions to implement e-commerce best practices.Collaborate with the Customer Care Centre team to resolve any e-commerce-related issues.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field preferred.2-3 years' experience in a digital performance marketing or e-commerce role.Knowledge of e-commerce CMS applications such as Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel (for reporting and tracking purposes).Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and analytics data.Ability to draw insights and make recommendations to implement changes to the online store to maximize sales, conversion rate, and average order value.A positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude.Strong interpersonal skills and team focus.A passion for learning and applying knowledge.Excellent written and verbal skills.Resilient and flexible within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.High level of curiosity and creativity.Desirable Skills:HTML, CSS, Java experience is favourable.Experience with JIRA is highly regarded.Exposure to subscription solutions as Recharge or Chargebee very advantageous.Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
