There's still a lot of work ahead of us, so we're always on the lookout for creative, resourceful, and resilient people that can quickly learn new skills andadapt on the fly.The Opportunity Catch is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join the team on a 6-months fixed term contract.The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for driving the growth of our online sales by identifying, planning and executing customer and category trend-led campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign management.What you'll be doingCampaign planning and executionMonitor and analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.Develop comprehensive campaign plans that align with business objectives and leverage identified trends.Work closely with marketing and trading teams to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated and impactful.Campaign and Merchandising OperationsCoordinating daily merchandising to support category sales, bestselling items and ensure an exceptional customer experience and landing page journey across both Retail and Marketplace sellers and business units, including both free and paid promotional placements.Manage the end-to-end promotional set-up and go-to-market through supporting buyers and marketplace stakeholders.Briefing site and channel requirements ensuring these reflect and enhance our brand identity and are customer centric.Help to identify product opportunities and trends though targeted customer and competitor research.Ability to identify new opportunities and implement learnings quickly.Collaborate internally and cross functionally to ensure all touch points are optimised and customer journeys are considered.AnalysisThe ability to analyse products both quantitatively and qualitatively, identifying trends, demand and opportunities through site and channel analysis.Responsible for performance tracking to ensure customer experience excellence, optimising for customer engagement and conversion across all channels and customer touch points.Supporting the Retail and Marketplace teams on data analysis to drive in-season business and inform product strategies including weekly trade reporting and product performance, including ad-hoc analysis as required.The skills you'll haveBachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.Experience working in retail (online or instore) Previous eCommerce or Digital Marketing experience will be highly regarded.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising will be highly regarded.Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy.Innovative: Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Results-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable results and driving business growth.Why join the Catch team?There's never been a more exciting time to join the Catch Team!!Its a fun, challenging and uniquely different place to work and on top of that we offer a range of benefits including:Flexibility that works for you.
