This role is Permanent, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight. The internal title for this role is Online Range Specialist. The preferred location for the role is Service Office, Tempe NSW, where hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in the Service Office is required. As E-commerce Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Act as a member of the E-Commerce team and proactively contribute to E-commerce plan/output to deliver to the common objectives and goals. Secure the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to the business rules and effectively administer range changes. Contribute to defining forecast for sales, activity needs in range scope and drive online sales/grow sales margin of range with the Commercial team. Analyse data to coordinate with Logistics, Stores, and Sales Leaders to decide on sales steering and identify content needs. Contribute to optimise the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work proactively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level. Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing insight and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer. Actively cooperate with key stakeholders in the market to secure integration, common focus and maximise impact. Contribute insight to global matrix on how to improve the omnichannel customer experience. As a person, you are passionate about people, business and continuously driving better performance. You have a passion for sales performance, data analysis, and customer shopping journeys. You are inspired by and understand Life at Home and Home Furnishing trends to ensure the customer needs are met in the IKEA omnichannel shopping experience. You are driven to reach sales goals and evolve product strategies based on sales, analytics, and market trends. You collaborate by building strong relationships with stakeholders and can contextualise and communicate complex issues in online range to generate buy-in and solutions. For this role, it is vital to have sound knowledge and understanding of our range and how we work with it. Whilst E-commerce experience is preferred, it is not essential.
