Reporting to the E-Commerce Director DACH, you will contribute towards managing our online content, range availability, and overall digital consumer experience for SharkNinja in Poland.Sales through our digital channels are a key part of our continued growth strategy and you will have the opportunity to develop a career in this market leading space.
This role will be an integral part of our fast-growing and progressive D2C business.
The ideal candidate will bring digital marketing, merchandising, and trading knowledge as well as a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour.Key Responsibilities: Ownership of all D2C activities for the brand in Poland, supported by the E-Commerce Director DACHOversee planning and implementation of new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing with support from the regional hub.Ensuring best in class digital content is presented across our D2C websitesMonitoring day-to-day website activity, considering the consumer journeyManaging the D2C forecasting process for new and existing product categoriesDriving sales and conversions across the sites through development of the merchandising strategy & trade plan, whilst managing gross margin and forecast attainmentIdentifying trading risks & opportunities and communicating them to the wider businessReporting on website performance, and taking action to deliver improvementsManage and support members of the team, setting expectations and establishing best practices and process improvements as appropriateWhat you will be doing:Working collaboratively with D2C teams and wider business, leading ecommerce strategy discussions, and building campaign activation plansReviewing online content before go-live to ensure it's effective and managing detail-oriented optimisations to drive continuous improvements and maximise sales opportunitiesReporting on sales performance, gross margin and forecast attainment in key product categories, analysing & presenting data and insights to stakeholdersBuilding relationships with stakeholders to develop effective trading plans for the D2C business and achieve key deliverables on focus initiativesManaging forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability through D2C sitesDriving value-add activity to optimise sales metrics, increasing profitability and average selling price across the brandHelping to manage workload and priorities within the Merchandising TeamSkills & Experience:Strong knowledge of the digital environment and consumer journey3 years+ experience in a similar role with experience in product Merchandising, Digital Sales & commercial tradingDemonstrate initiative and ability to react to change in a fast-paced environment, working independently or as part of a teamExperience using E-Commerce platforms to manage digital content and promotionsAbility to work with cross-functional teams, making active contributions to drive key objectivesSelf-starter with effective time management and organisation skillsExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and interpretation of commercial sales dataPrior experience in analytics platforms & performance tools (e.g.
