The OpportunityWe're looking for anA-Player E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of our digital presence. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce strategy, overseeing website projects, and driving the optimisation of user experiences to deliver exceptional results. Your mission: Transform our website into a high-performing, revenue-generating powerhouse while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our brand's commitment to comfort, confidence, and empowerment. Develop and Implement E-Commerce Strategy: Define and execute a strategic roadmap to boost online sales, enhance operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee website projects, campaigns, and product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Technical Oversight: Manage Shopify's Turbo theme and collaborate with external developers to ensure seamless functionality, scalability, and innovation.Staying Updated with E-Commerce Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Creative Vision: Design and optimise high-converting landing pages while enhancing the overall customer journey.Performance Optimisation: Drive website performance, ensuring speed, stability, and a superior user experience with minimal downtime.Insights & Analytics: Use data and analytics to refine SEO, improve conversion rates, and deliver actionable insights.Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product Teams to execute cohesive campaigns that align with the brand.Team Leadership: Lead external developers and contractors, providing clear direction and delivering exceptional results.What Makes You Stand Out A proven track record of delivering outstanding e-commerce results in fast-paced environments.Expertise in Shopify (Turbo framework) and experience in managing both technical and creative projects.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and effectively manage external partners.A balance of analytical and creative thinking, with a keen eye for design and innovation.A strong understanding of user experience on a fashion e-commerce website and knowledge of best practice UX design that drives maximum conversion rate.Exceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle competing priorities.Why Join Us?We're not your typical workplace.
