The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and success of our E-commerce business in Australia. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in E-commerce, exceptional management skills, and a customer-centric approach. What you can expect: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales and customer experience. Setup of local business Manage and oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless operation and user experience. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. Drive digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales conversions. Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI. Keeping abreast of retail sales trends in SEAPAC and providing feedback to Headquarters in Germany. Your profile: Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce management, preferably within the Australian market. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and E-Commerce technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
