Parfums Christian Dior is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to manage and oversee the brand's online presence, strategy & performance across Australia & New Zealand E-Commerce platforms.
The E-Commerce Manager will lead the E-Commerce Team to deliver increased online market share, website optimisation and profitability.
They will have the ability to balance commercial success with brand image and elevation, with a strong understanding of e-merchandising, order & inventory management, digital marketing and online customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager, this role is ideal for someone who has experience in driving online growth and a strong technical understanding of website configuration, with a passion for the luxury beauty industry.
Job responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Manage the sales forecasting and performance of Australia & New Zealand E-Commerce channels to ensure topline targets are met, as well as partnering with the Digital & CRM Manager to manage the E-Commerce P&L to ensure profit targets are met.
Strategic development & analysis of the E-Commerce animation and promotional GTM plan, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and business objectives.
This includes onsite e-merchandising, offer management in Salesforce Business Manager, and performance analysis and insights demonstrating impact to onsite user behaviour, sell-through, and commercial uplift.
Manage E-Commerce budget contribution and actualisation within the wider advertising & promotional budget.
This also includes managing and reviewing budget submissions for E-Commerce.
Manage the technical configuration of the website to ensure local specificities and regulations are reflected accurately, as well as continually monitoring website performance for optimisation opportunities.
This includes collaboration with the Regional & Global support teams to identify and investigate the occurrence of inefficiencies or regressions, closely monitoring the global E-Commerce release plan to safeguard local website performance, and leading UAT for future website developments.
Manage digital marketing strategy and traffic driving opportunities, customer acquisition and retention, in collaboration with the Digital & CRM Manager and Media Team.
This includes managing correspondence with digital media agency to drive SEO strategy, affiliate program implementation and commission management, direct marketing opportunities via EDM, and monitoring and providing insights and/or recommendations on organic and paid channel performance.
Manage the implementation of new online opportunities and services in collaboration with the Global & Regional E-Commerce Teams.
Oversee forecasting and stock management of saleable product, samples, promotional items and art-of-gifting material in collaboration with the Assistant E-Commerce Manager and Product Marketing Team.
Provide leadership and guidance to the E-Commerce Team.
Profile Our ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree in relevant tertiary discipline.
8+ years of E-Commerce & digital marketing experience.
Additionally, our ideal candidate has and is: Experience in managing high-performing teams and leading an E-Commerce function.
Deep understanding of the luxury beauty and/or FMCG beauty landscape, market trends and consumer behaviour.
Understanding of web design and UX standards.
Comprehensive understanding of online content management, order management and data flows.
Strong ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches to challenges.
Strong ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Strong strategic thinking and curiosity with aptitude to translate business objectives into strategy.
Experience in using Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Business Manager.
Experience in using Google Analytics.
Experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist highly regarded.
Experience in working with Regional & Global Teams and support functions and navigating global brand guidelines highly regarded.
