Position Summary At Wagalot Brands, we're in search of a motivated and qualified eCommerce and marketing professional to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis working in our Carrum Downs head office with some flexibility to work from home.

Is genuinely enthusiastic and self-motivated. wants to have an impact and is determined to achieve winning resultsdrives excellent omni-channel customer experience through digital and in-store initiatives. has strong analytical skills with marketing, sales and financial data.has strong written communication and interpersonal skills, including building strong harmonious working relationships with team members and stakeholders.can work effectively, proactively and manage multiple deadlines This is a multi-faceted role that will see you  championing Wagalot's eCommerce performance covering the field across a number of marketing activities.passionate about customer service with a hands-on, Can-Do approach A successful candidate would have Tertiary degree in Marketing, E-Comm's, Customer Experience or equivalent.Demonstratable 3 years+ experience in a similar role.Passion for E-comm / Marketing / Customer ExperienceStrategic focus to understand and evaluate the need to create sales and deliver ROI.Strong IT Skills Proven experience with  managing Shopify & Word Press with Woo Commercesocial media marketing & strategies across platforms executing and reporting EDM campaigns using Get Response.loyalty & referrer marketingwith SEO, SEM and PPC. Including Google Ads and Google Analytics. Key responsibilities in the role include: eCommerce & Digital: End-to-end management of Wagalot's Shopify store and its connected systems.Own and drive Wagalot's revenue through online channels.Supervise and manage the end-to-end online customer experience, including customer service, order fulfilment and returnsCollaborate with Management & Graphic design to create, maintain and optimise all digital content, including product data, product reviews, blog posts & campaignsWebsite UX optimisation for optimal performance.Manage and optimise Wagalot's social media presence on all platforms.Manage and optimise all PPC activities, include Google Ads.Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget with a strategic and analytical focus on ROI. Customer Experience & Marketing Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer traffic and sales both online and in-store. Planning, briefing, launch and reporting of Wagalot marketing campaigns.Implement a brand-new loyalty program for online and in-store customers.Drive engagement / connection with customers and referrers through a range of activities, social media, event activations, local area marketing with clubs and  associations,. Analyse & report the performance of marketing campaignsKeep up to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.Provide general support to the manager and marketing team members as needed, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and other project-related duties.
