About Us: Ceremony of Roses (COR) is a merchandising company based out of Los Angeles, California with an Australian outpost situated within the Sony Music Entertainment Australia offices (Sydney + Melbourne).
Founded in 2017 by partner Brad Scoffern, COR sets itself apart from traditional merchandising by offering clients an elevated and specialized branding experience.
In 2022, Ceremony of Roses became a part of the Sony Music Entertainment.
About the role: The E-Commerce Executive will manage a range of online stores, reporting to the Senior Manager, Designer and Ecommerce COR ANZ.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining stores, generating product ideas and listings, creating assets, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, handling a P&L for each store, processing ticket bundles, customer support, creating and managing marketing initiatives, and contributing to broader merchandise plans and program rollouts.
What you'll do: Shopify Optimization: Use Shopify to develop, build, and optimise sales channels.Set Up and Manage Stores: Oversee various online stores, collaborating with local and international teams and act as the main contact for internal colleagues.Album Launches and Pre-Orders: Manage the lifecycle of album launches, pre-orders, bundles, ticket bundles, ARIA charting and inventory levels.
Work closely with Artist Marketing Managers and wider Artist teams to provide best practices on social media assets, digital spend, EDM's & text and general marketing strategy and execution.Constant Store Maintenance: Alongside the Account Manager, maintain the merchandise range on the store, add post-tour stock, and initiate new drops and marketing initiatives.Supply Chain Liaison: Ensure stock is ordered and delivered within the expected timeframe.P&L Management: Work with the Senior Manager, Design and Ecommerce, to operate a P&L for each store, including inventory management optimisation to achieve revenue targets and growth.Reporting: Generate pre-order, sales and inventory reports.Marketing and Online Activity Management: Collaborate to enhance search engine visibility, paid advertising and EDM strategy using Shopify and Klaviyo.
Manage all online activities related to traffic, sales, conversion, performance, SEO, and reporting.Special Projects: Research, recommend, and implement special projects and programs, such as personalized recommendations and post-purchase follow-ups.Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and adjust strategies for optimal sales and target achievement.Trend Awareness: Stay informed about social, lifestyle, and market merchandise trends to identify opportunities to amplify online stores.What you'll bring: 3 years+ experience in a similar role required.Love and passion for music and the world of merch.Adobe Photoshop skills would be preferred but not essential.Klaviyo platform experience would be preferred but not essential.Ability to interpret e-commerce metrics and make informed decisions.Meticulous attention to detail and know a thing or two about Excel spreadsheets & good with numbers.A relationship driven person who is motivated to work with a fast moving, responsive business of an Artists' online store and generate excitement in their fans.Be planned, organized and always looking to the next opportunity and task.Able to balance multiple projects and responsibilities at once with outstanding time management skills.Creative thinker, confident and proactive in your approach, able to work autonomously and be a team player with a positive attitude.Strong written and verbal communication skills.What we offer: Passionate about our people, we provide some great opportunities for our team members to embrace, some of these on offer:
