About the role

We are seeking an E-commerce specialist to join our dynamic team in Bundall and to drive our digital performance. Someone who loves all things eCommerce, content creation and social media. You live and breath this and are at ease with making content come to life through a range of channels. We're after someone with proven experience in this field managing multiple channels and brand voices. Creating and managing digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving e-commerce growth and supporting overall marketing objectives.
What you'll be doing Develop and execute an E-commerce strategy that drives sales and enhances customer engagement. Optimise the E-commerce platforms to improve conversion rates, and ensure the website has seamless functionality, user-friendly navigation, and compelling contentCreate, schedule, and publish content across all our social channels. Develop and implement strategies to grow engagement and bring to life new ideas to showcase our brands. Work with influencers (and our PR team) to identify influencers. Create marketing flows in Klayvio, and maintain lists, segments for B2C and B2B databasesImplement review systems for customers and productsFoster relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers. Daily Duties & Responsibilities. Manage the day-to-day operations of the E-commerce platforms, which includes making sure sales and promotions are successfully launched. Leverage data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes. Content Management System (CMS) Help manage and update product information, images, pricing, and descriptions on the e-commerce site, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to create content such as blogs, product launches, and trend-driven updates. E-commerce Operations Manage daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory control.Supervise both online orders, ensuring prompt delivery and maintaining exceptional customer service. To be successful, you will have Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise. A formal qualification in E-commerce, marketing or business is preferred but not essential.3+ years' experience in E-commerce management, ideally in both B2C and B2BDeep understanding of Shopify's E-commerce platform (essential)Experience with CMS platformsExperience in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Eg. Google Analytics, META, AdRoll, Klayvio, Google PMax and/or similar)Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices to boost organic traffic and complement paid advertising strategies.Knowledge of HTML/CSS for making minor website updates and resolving issues.Team-oriented and detail-focused when managing online content, product details, and promotions.Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are highly beneficial.
