Location: Brisbane Category: Business Support Position Type: Permanent Job Reference: BOE/1824052 No File Attached Share This: The opportunity We are seeking talented project management leaders to Provide front line leadership, management and coordination of our Program Integration Office workforce who support our E7 Wedgetail Sustainment and Development Programs, and Support the Program governance framework that both Programs operates within.
Responsibilities: Leadership of the operational employees (Program coordinators and administrators) Leadership of the planning and scheduling specialist employees Leadership of the project management employees Development and management of employee skills development and training Management of particular elements of the Program governance framework, ensuring a standardised approach is applied across the organisation Experience / Qualifications / Qualities 5+ years as a project management leader within a technically complex project A human centric, approachable, empathetic and friendly leadership style Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high tempo environment, for both yourself and your team Experience with the development and / or maintenance of a project governance framework Experience with the establishment and maintenance of employee skills and training requirements Eligibility Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
You may require a Foreign Work Authorisation (FWA) to commence in this position.
