Find your future with us.Location: BrisbaneCategory: Business SupportPosition Type: PermanentJob Reference: BOE/1829191BThe OpportunityA derivative of the Boeing 737, the E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning and Control platform is the centre piece of Australia's national air defence capability, incorporating powerful airborne surveillance, communications and battle management capability.The E-7 Wedgetail Australia Program requires an experienced Block Integration Manager.Scope:As the Block Integration Manager, you will act as the 2IC to the Block Program Manager as well as integration across all of the Block teams in terms of schedule execution management, program performance and workforce planning.Responsibilities:Chair / host of the Block Schedule Review and Workforce Planning MeetingsContribution towards the E7 Development Block integration planning processStakeholder engagement both internal to the Block and external, including across E7 Programs and with the CoAManagement of the Block schedule and budget performance tracking and reportingOversight of the internal Block change management process and the external integration points, including baseline impact assessments and change implementation actionsOversight of the health status of Block level RIO, and identification of E7 Development escalation requirementsManagement of the Block workforce planning demand, supply and actuals data, including solving for resourcing gapsContribution to project management related elements of Block mandated system reviews (MSRs)Contribution to project management related elements of Block Program Management Best Practice (PMBP) assessmentsTo be considered for the role you will have:10+ years as a project manager within a technically complex projectUse of information and task management software tools (E.g. Confluence / SharePoint / JIRA etc)Contributed to the development and / or maintenance of a project governance frameworkEligibility:Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
